Sign-up cost for a hospital account includes two (2) CVA exam test credits. Monthly subscription cost is $54 for FVMA members and $59 per month for non-members.
Additional test credits or retest fees are optional and can be purchased as needed.
For school accounts, please contact ACT at 800-357-3182 and one of their Account Representatives will work with you to provide the best program set-up to match the needs of your campus.
The FVMA CVA program does not require a long-term commitment or contract.
